于洋

副研究员,硕士研究生导师, 北京市生殖内分泌与辅助生殖技术重点实验室副主任

生殖生理学专业博士,近年来一直从事辅助生殖技术基础研究工作,特别关注于辅助生殖技术安全性评价及如何优化改善辅助生殖技术,提高辅助生殖效率与 安全性等相关研究领域,对借助辅助生殖技术出生的子代安全性与风险性进行了较为系统的研究。目前作为负责人承担国家重大科学研究计划(973)子课题1 项,国家自然科学基金面上项目1项及教育部博士点新教师基金项目1项,作为负责人结题国家自然科学基金青年基金1项。在相关领域的国内外期刊发表36篇论 文,其中SCI收录31篇,以第一或通讯作者在SCI期刊发表研究论文19篇,其中14篇论文发表于专业领域JCR(Journal Citation Reports)排名前15%的杂志,作为副主编出版生育力保护相关的论著1部。

主要学术成绩概况
l  通过建立辅助生殖动物模型,初步完成对目前临床应用较为广泛的三种辅助生殖技术各操作环节对子代安全性的评估工作,提示辅助生殖技术对子代的潜在风险并深入探讨其分子机制。
l  开展药物使用可行性和安全性的相关研究,通过药物对细胞、胚胎及个体的不同层次的影响分析,有效分析药物作用特点,为辅助生殖临床相关方向的研究提供理论基础
l  通过人类胚胎早期发育与胚胎干细胞体系,评价改良的辅助生殖技术环节的安全性与临床应用价值,加快了基础研究结果与临床应用之间的转化速度
