RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
Associate Professor at Peking University Third Hospital (January 2011-present).
• Identifed the risk of assisted reproductive technology (ART) using mouse models, and discuss the molecular mechanism that induced the aberrant phenotype in ART models;
• Studied the risk of drugs that have been applied in ART clinic or have the potential to be applied in future using moue models and embryonic stem cells models, and provided new insights into the effects of drugs on the oocytes, embryos and individuals, and improvement of contraception an d infertility treatment.
• Explored the molecular mechanism and gene expression regultion between oocytes and follicle somatic cells, and establish the improvement method for the quality of in-vitro matured oocytes and poly-spermy zygotes. This study facilitates the improvement of ART sucessful rate and outcome.
Assistant professor at Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (August 2009-December 2010).
• Produced the transgenic monkey using lentivirus transfection to early development embryos.
• Established human parthenogenetic embryonic stem cell lines from parthenogenetic activated oocytes.
